Educadoo is an educational management application used by authorized schools, students, parents, teachers, employees, and administrators.

Information We Process

Educadoo may process:

  • Names, contact details, profile information, and login details
  • Student, attendance, examination, timetable, fee, employee, and institutional records
  • Messages, notices, uploaded documents, photographs, and educational content
  • Device information, diagnostic logs, notification tokens, and Firebase installation identifiers
  • Camera or selected files only when users choose features such as QR scanning, document capture, or uploads

How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

  • Authenticate users and provide role-based access
  • Deliver educational and administrative services
  • Display institutional records and communications
  • Send notifications
  • Maintain security, reliability, and technical support

Educadoo does not sell personal information or use student information for behavioural advertising.

Information Sharing

Information may be accessible to the educational institution responsible for the account and its authorized staff.

Required service providers, including hosting services, Odoo backend services, and Google Firebase, may process limited information necessary to operate Educadoo.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Students and Children

Educadoo may process student information, including information about minors, when supplied or authorized by an educational institution, parent, guardian, or authorized person.

Security and Retention

Reasonable security measures are used to protect information. Data is retained only as necessary for educational, administrative, security, legal, or regulatory purposes.

Requests to access, correct, or remove eligible information may be submitted through the relevant educational institution or by email.
